DEPOSITS
To secure an appointment, we require a non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book, either by PayPal or Card Payment. Deposits are only transferable up to 48 hours before your appointment, anything after this will be considered a late cancellation and the deposit will be held to settle this.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION
In the event of a same-day cancellation, you must email info@lashbarldn.com with your full name and appointment information as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of their remaining balance. This will be charged to the card on file. In the event there is no chargeable card on file, or the card declines, you will be required to clear your balance at the start of your next appointment.
NO-SHOWS
In the event of a no-show, meaning you did not attend your appointment and there was no communication prior, you will be charged 100% of your appointment balance and will be at risk of being blocked from our system. we have a two-strike system. Balance will be charged to the card on file.
LATENESS
We would like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. So please arrive at your appointment, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.
FOREIGN FILLS
We offer a one-time Foreign Lash Fill for clients visiting London who have received their original lash extensions elsewhere. This service is ideal for travelers or temporary visitors looking to maintain their lash extensions during their stay.
Our Foreign Lash Fill service involves assessing your current lash extensions and working with them to add new extensions where needed. Please note that we may not be able to match the exact materials or techniques used by your previous lash artist, but we will do our best to blend the new extensions seamlessly for a polished look.
This service is limited to a one-time fill per client while they are visiting London. Our lash technician will first assess the condition of your existing extensions. If they are in poor condition, we may recommend a removal and full set instead of a fill. Please allow extra As lash styles and application techniques vary, we cannot guarantee the retention or longevity of foreign fills.
SHEDDING
Please remember that shedding is normal, however excessive shedding is not. We have a 72 hour grace period to report any issues with your treatment. Each case will be assessed individually, and a decision will be made by the technician on a suitable outcome.
